Service scope
- 01Local representation and execution of the line's commercial and operational instructions within the agreed agency scope.
- 02Daily communication with the principal and reporting on operations, equipment and exceptions.
- 03Coordination of import, export, full and empty container movements.
- 04Coordination with terminals, depots, hauliers, surveyors and technical service providers.
- 05Customer service, documentation and release processes in accordance with the principal's approved procedures and tariffs.
- 06Equipment circulation control, inventory, aging, damage follow-up and empty return close-out.
- 07Administration of local charges, detention or other amounts only within the authority and instructions granted by the principal.
- 08Reporting and escalation of delays, non-delivery, damage, reefer incidents and other operational exceptions.
