Information collected through the forms
The forms on this website (Agency Representation Inquiry, Reefer Service Request, General Container Operations Request and the general contact form) collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Company and contact details (company name, name, position, email, telephone).
- Container and operational data (container numbers, B/L or booking numbers, location, status, set-point, temperature, alarm and power information, requested action, urgency).
- Attachments you choose to upload (PDF, JPG, PNG).
Purpose
The information is used to review and follow up your request and for agency and operational coordination with the parties involved in it. It is not used for any other purpose.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in the site administration panel on hosting located in [FILL — jurisdiction]. Records are retained for [FILL — retention period] and then deleted.
